高频喷射通气(HFJV)具有能维持有效气体交换、气道压低、循环抑制轻微、对颅内压影响小等优点已作为全麻病人术中维持通气的方法之一,特别是在声带息肉手术中,由于能提供良好的手术条件已广泛应用于临床。现将我院60例临床资料分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组60例,男32例,女28例;年龄16～68岁,体重42～70公斤;手术时间5～15分钟。 1.2 麻醉方法:(1)术前用药;麻醉前30分钟肌注鲁米那0.1,阿托品0.5mg。(2)麻
