一般认为克隆氏病系少见的肠道疾病,但近年来武汉地区发现本病并非罕见。鉴于本病病因未明,诊断不易,治疗困难,特别是对手术治疗的看法与效果,存在一定分歧,因而引起内、外、放射医师的普遍重视。学报 编辑 室特 组织有关医师进行专题讨论,见解稍有差异,可供读者参考,现摘要如下:
It is generally believed that Crohn’s disease is a rare intestinal disease, but it has not been uncommon to find this disease in Wuhan in recent years. In view of the unknown cause of this disease, the diagnosis is not easy, the treatment is difficult, especially the views and effects of surgical treatment, there is a certain degree of disagreement, which causes the general attention of internal and external, radiologists. The editors of the journal organized special doctors to conduct thematic discussions. There are slight differences in opinions and are available for readers’ reference. The summary is as follows:
