本文从转变财务人员的管理理念着手,促使财务部门职能转型,采取分级管理的方式,强化统一财务管理体制,督促财务制度有效执行,内审与外审相辅相成,细化子公司财务管理。
This article starts from changing the management concept of financial staff, promoting the transformation of the financial department’s functions and adopting a hierarchical management approach to strengthen the unified financial management system and urge the effective implementation of the financial system. The internal audit and external audit complement each other and refine the financial management of the subsidiaries.
