利用NUCARS和MEDYNA多体动力学数值仿真程序对新设计研制的200km/h高速客车转向架进行了多方案的动力学仿真计算和分析。讨论了建立车辆动力学仿真模型时需深入考虑的问题。分析了高速客车转向架动力学结构参数和悬挂参数对车辆动力学性能的影响。提出了200km/h高速客车转向架可行的动力学悬挂参数设计方案。
The multi-scheme dynamic simulation calculation and analysis of 200km / h high-speed passenger car bogies newly designed with NUCARS and MEDYNA multi-body dynamics numerical simulation program are carried out. Discusses the issues to be considered in depth when establishing a vehicle dynamics simulation model. The dynamic structural parameters and suspension parameters of high-speed passenger car bogie are analyzed to study the dynamic performance of the vehicle. Proposed a 200km / h high-speed passenger car bogies dynamic suspension parameter design.
