采用搭建钢丝塑料大棚的方法进行保温,结合特定培育方法对罗非鱼亲鱼进行越冬期培育,并对其繁殖性能进行测定,通过组织学切片对越冬期培育效果进行比较分析。试验结果:经过越冬养殖,培育组和对照组的平均体质量分别达526和543 g,成活率分别为99.9%和98.8%,产卵量分别为(2 137±374)和(1 784±184)粒,平均体质量产卵量分别为(4.06±0.32)和(3.29±0.43)粒/g,出苗数分别为(1723±153)和(1168±143)尾,孵化率分别为(80.6±5.9)%和(65.5±2.7)%,培育组的繁殖性能显著优于对照组。结果表明,采用钢丝塑料大棚的方法能实现亲鱼安全越冬,同时加强越冬期培育还能提高罗非鱼亲鱼的繁殖性能。
Adopting the method of building steel wire plastic greenhouse to keep warm, the tilapia broodstock were cultured overwintering with specific breeding method, and its reproductive performance was measured. The histological sections were used to compare the effect of overwintering cultivation. The results showed that after overwintering culture, the average body weight of the cultivating group and the control group reached 526 and 543 g respectively, the survival rates were 99.9% and 98.8% respectively, and the fecundity were (2 137 ± 374) and (1 784 ± 184) (4.06 ± 0.32) and (3.29 ± 0.43) g / g, respectively. The number of emergence was (1723 ± 153) and (1168 ± 143), respectively, and the hatching rates were (80.6 ± 5.9%) and (65.5 ± 2.7)% respectively. The reproductive performance of the cultivating group was significantly better than that of the control group. The results showed that the method of using wire and plastic shed can achieve the safety of broodstock overwintering, meanwhile, strengthening winter breeding can also improve the reproductive performance of tilapia broodstock.
