随着网络时代的来临,网络新闻已然成为当前新闻界的新形态。鉴于网络相对自由的环境,新闻出版自由的权利或许得到了更好的诠释,但是针对网络新闻出版衍生下的各种新闻道德和新闻出版问题,网络监管也愈发凸显出其重要性。本文将结合一些网络上存在的问题进行探讨,来探讨网络监管在新闻出版自由权利行使中的必要性。
With the advent of the Internet age, the Internet news has become a new form in the current press. Given the relatively free environment of the Internet, the right to freedom of press and press may be better explained, but cyber-government is also becoming more and more prominent in the light of the various ethical and press issues that arise from cyber news publishing.
