永定河作为北京重要生态屏障的核心,其生态建设和管理具有重要意义。研究通过建立永定河生态服务价值增量评价指标体系,评价永定河生态修复工程建设后生态服务价值增量。研究结果表明:永定河生态服务价值增量为482.77亿元。在服务价值增量中,文化服务、支持服务、调节服务、供给服务分别占73.24%,23.28%,2.74%和0.74%。与永定河生态修复工程建设前生态服务价值存量对比分析发现,工程建设带来的生态效益增加明显,生态服务价值增加了1.12倍。生态修复工程对房地产价值增值及沿河地区产业发展推动作用明显,其中景观美学价值增加260.60亿元,产业贡献价值增加112.37亿元。此外工程建设对永定河调节气候功能和净化空气服务价值提升作用显著。研究科学评价了工程生态效益,也为动态监测和分析河流生态状况,开展定量生态管理提供经验与借鉴。
As the core of Beijing’s major ecological barrier, Yongding River is of great significance for ecological construction and management. Through the establishment of an index system of incremental evaluation of ecological service value in Yongding River, the increment of ecological service value after the construction of ecological rehabilitation of Yongding River was evaluated. The results show that the ecological service value of Yongding River is 48.277 billion yuan. In service value increment, cultural service, supporting service, regulating service and provisioning service accounted for 73.24%, 23.28%, 2.74% and 0.74% respectively. Contrasted with the value of ecological service value before the ecological restoration project in Yongding River, the ecological benefits brought by the construction increased obviously, and the value of ecological service increased by 1.12 times. Ecological restoration project has obvious effect on the appreciation of real estate value and industrial development along the river. Among them, the value of landscape aesthetics increased by 26.06 billion yuan and the contribution value of industry increased by 11.237 billion yuan. In addition, the construction of the Yongding River to regulate climate functions and purify the air service has a significant role in promoting. The research scientifically evaluated the ecological benefits of engineering and also provided experiences and lessons for dynamic monitoring and analysis of river ecological status and quantitative ecological management.
