采用DCP法制备了W/ZrC金属陶瓷,然后研究了在不同激光能量和烧蚀时间下W/ZrC金属陶瓷的激光烧蚀行为。研究表明:W/ZrC金属陶瓷在激光烧蚀过程中产生了一个较小的烧蚀坑,烧蚀坑的深度随着激光能量的增加和烧蚀时间的延长而增大。在烧蚀坑的周围,许多不同种类和结构的氧化物堆积组成了几个同心环。铜的挥发和氧化锆层的形成对防止W/ZrC金属陶瓷进一步氧化有着重要作用。
W / ZrC cermets were prepared by DCP method. Then the laser ablation behavior of W / ZrC cermets at different laser energy and ablation time was studied. The results show that the W / ZrC cermet produces a smaller ablation pit during the laser ablation process, and the depth of the ablation pit increases with the increase of laser energy and ablation time. Around the ablation pit, many different types and structures of oxide deposits make up several concentric rings. The volatilization of copper and the formation of a zirconium oxide layer play an important role in preventing further oxidation of the W / ZrC cermet.
