有人说,“八小时以内”是对党员干部责任心和事业心的考验,“八小时以外”是对党员干部品质和修养的考验。这话有道理。“八小时内外”并不是截然分开的两个时空,而是相互联系。党员干部既要靠“八小时以内”的工作来支撑事业,又要靠“八小时以外”的生活来积累人生。“八小时以外”既是休整和调剂,也是“八小时以内”工作的延伸。
Some people say that “within eight hours” is a test of the sense of responsibility and dedication of party members and cadres. “Eight hours away” is a test of the quality and accomplishment of party members and cadres. This makes sense. “Eight hours inside and outside ” is not a completely separate two space-time, but interrelated. Party members and cadres must rely on the work of “eight hours or less” to support their careers and rely on the life of “eight hours away”. “Eight hours away ” is not only the rest and adjustment, but also “within eight hours ” work extension.
