条件艰苦的农村中小学校,在缺少多媒体和其他教学设施的情况下,要想上好音乐课,除了领导重视,加强教学设施的投资,提高音乐教师的专业素质外,很重要的一点就是要能够充分开发和利用学校音乐课程资源、社区民族民间音乐课程资源、流行歌曲中有利的音乐教育资源、以及家庭音乐教育资源各种课程资源。
