自2010年《浙江省深化普通高中课程改革方案》实施以来,浙江省的高中课改已经取得了很大的成就。为了进一步推动高中课改的顺利实施,高中教师不仅要具有基本的职业素养,还应该有新的职业素养。高中教师要转变自己的教育理念,不断提高自己对课程开发的能力,注重对课程资源的利用,提高自己的创新能力,构建起全新的职业素质。教师只有通过不断提高自己的职业素质,才能推进新课程改革和素质教育的落实。
Since the implementation of “Zhejiang Province Deepen Reform of General Senior High School Curriculum” in 2010, Zhejiang Province has made great achievements in curriculum reform in senior high schools. In order to further promote the smooth implementation of high school curriculum reform, high school teachers not only have to have a basic professionalism, but also should have a new professionalism. High school teachers should change their own educational philosophy, constantly improve their ability to develop the curriculum, pay attention to the use of curriculum resources, improve their ability to innovate, build a new professional quality. Only by constantly improving their professional qualities, teachers can promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform and quality education.
