国际工程中每天都必须与咨询工程师打交道。随着我国工程建设行业逐上走向国际市场,人们与工程咨询公司及咨询工程师的交往将日益频繁,如何处理好与咨询工程师的关系,这也是大家均感兴趣的问题。如能对咨询工程师的工作性质及其权限有所厂解,则能消除对咨询工程师行使正当权利的误解,同时,也能与其加强合作和配合,使工作得以顺利进行。
