ZnGeP2晶体具有非线性系数大和透光波段宽的特点,是目前重要的中红外频率转换介质材料。然而,点缺陷的存在却引起了ZnGeP2晶体的额外光学吸收,影响了其应用发展。本文对ZnGeP2晶体点缺陷影响光学性能的研究进展情况做了详细的综述。利用电子顺磁共振技术研究了ZnGeP2晶体中存在的点缺陷类型;结合光学吸收和电子顺磁共振方法分析了ZnGeP2晶体点缺陷影响光学性能的机理;介绍了降低ZnGeP2晶体额外光学吸收的方法;最后,展望了围绕ZnGeP2晶体点缺陷及光学性能将开展的研究方向。
ZnGeP2 crystal has the characteristics of large non-linear coefficient and wide transmission band, which is an important mid-infrared frequency conversion media material. However, the existence of point defects has caused the additional optical absorption of ZnGeP2 crystals, which has affected its application. In this paper, the research progress on the optical properties of point defects in ZnGeP2 crystal is reviewed in detail. Electron paramagnetic resonance technique was used to study the type of point defects existing in ZnGeP2 crystal. The optical absorption and electron paramagnetic resonance method were used to analyze the mechanism of ZnGeP2 crystal defects affecting optical properties. The method to reduce the extra optical absorption of ZnGeP2 crystal was introduced. Finally, The prospects of the research on the defect and optical properties of ZnGeP2 crystal are prospected.
