本试验测试和比较了四种血粉产品作为白对虾 Penaeus vannamei 养殖饲料中海水性蛋白混合物的代用品的结果。这四种血粉产品是圆环干燥的血粉(RD)、阳光干燥的酸化血粉(AS),添加结晶状蛋氨酸的阳光干燥酸化血粉(ASAM)和阳光干燥的酸化血粉加共价联接的蛋氨酸(ASCM).在42天试验期间,各试验组的增重为0.62~0.75克/周,成活率为96.8~100%,饲料转换系数为1.6~2.0.均未发现显著差异。AS 和 ASAM 血粉饲料的常规化生物量(即用开始放养数去除成活虾的总增重)显著地(P<0.05)低于圆环干燥血粉饲料和对照饲料。ASCM 和 RD 血粉饲料在统计上与对照饲料几乎不能区别(P>0.05)。这些结果提示:血粉产品是能够取代中等规格(3~4克)白对虾养殖饲料中的海水性蛋白的。而且,含有共价联接的蛋氨酸血粉产品也可能是对虾饲料中补充有限氨基酸的一种潜在的有效方法。
This experiment tested and compared the results of four blood meal products as surrogates for seawater protein mixtures in Penaeus vannamei farmed feed. The four blood meal products are ring dried blood meal (RD), sun dried acidified blood meal (AS), crystalline dried acidified blood meal (ASAM) plus dried dried acidified blood meal plus covalently linked methionine (ASCM ) During the 42-day experiment, the weight gain of each experimental group was 0.62-0.75 g / week, the survival rate was 96.8-100%, and the feed conversion coefficient was 1.6-2.0. No significant differences were found. The normalized biomass of AS and ASAM blood meal feeds, ie, the total gain of live prawns removed with initial stocking, was significantly (P <0.05) lower than that of the ring dried gouache and control feeds. ASCM and RD blood meal were statistically indistinguishable from control (P> 0.05). These results suggest that the blood meal product is able to replace the marine protein in the medium-sized (3-4 g) white prawn farming feed. Moreover, products containing covalently linked methionine blood meal may also be a potentially effective method of supplementing limited dietary amino acids in shrimp feed.
