随着时代的发展,社会对教师的专业化素质要求越来越高,新课程改革对中学英语教师的专业化发展提出了更高的要求。在阐述中学英语教师专业化的内涵基础上,探讨新课程背景下中学英语教师专业发展存在的问题,并提出中学英语教师专业化发展的可行性策略,以提高人们对中学英语教师专业化发展研究重要性的认识,从而加快中学英语教师队伍建设,促进教育可持续发展。
With the development of the times, the society demands higher and higher specialized qualities of teachers. The new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements on the professional development of secondary school English teachers. On the basis of expounding the connotation of secondary school English teachers’ specialization, the author probes into the existing problems of secondary school English teachers’ professional development under the new curriculum background and puts forward the feasible strategies for secondary school English teachers’ professional development so as to enhance people’s professional development of secondary school English teachers The importance of understanding, thereby speeding up the construction of secondary school English teachers, and promote the sustainable development of education.
