《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》曾明确提出“促进校长专业化,提高校长管理水平,推行校长职级制”的目标任务,也同时指出:要创造有利条件,鼓励教师和校长在实践中大胆探索,创新教育思想、教育模式和教育方法,形成办学特色和办学风格,造就一批教育家,倡导教育家办学。可见以“教育家办学”为内核的校长专业化建设的步伐已经从民间呼声上升成了国家战略。校长专业化的历史回顾
