随着我国经济的不断发展,企业的经营环境和管理的各种要素都在发生变化,要抓住机遇、加快发展,必须深化改革、以科学发展观引领企业管理创新,建立适应企业发展的管理创新机制,为企业发展注入强大动力。为此,本文分析了企业管理创新中的不足,然后对我国企业管理创新提出了系列的对策和建议,希望能对我国企业管理水平的提升以及企业长远发展提供一些思路和方法。
