对正常人及视神经萎缩患者进行瞬态发光二级管VEP(TIED-VEP)和稳定发光二极管VEP(SLED-VEP)联合检测,分析两种刺激状态下各检测指标的灵敏性和所能反应的视觉信息。结果:异常阳性率TLED-VEP为33.33%,SLED-VEP检测指标光驱动临界频率(criticalfrequencyofphoticdriving,CFPD)为88.24%,两者联合检测异常阳性率达96.08%。视力与CFPD及TLED-VEP的P(100)振幅值正相关,与N(70)、P(100)潜时无关。对CFPDE及TLED-VEP检测指标所反应的生理基础和视功能信息进行了探讨。
To detect the sensitivity and responsiveness of each test index under both stimulus conditions, the transient light-emitting diode VEP (TIED-VEP) and the stabilized light-emitting diode VEP (SLED-VEP) Visual information. Results: The positive rate of TLED-VEP was 33.33%. The critical frequency of photodynamic therapy (SLP-VEP) was 88.24%. The positive rate of SLED-VEP was 96.08%. The visual acuity positively correlated with the amplitude of P (100) of CFPD and TLED-VEP, but not with the N (70) and P (100) latency. The physiological basis and visual function information of CFPDE and TLED-VEP detection indexes were discussed.
