企业的竞争,实质上是人才的竞争。企业要占有市场,首先要占有人才,人才是企业的无形资产,是企业生存、发展的根本。在公司党委和精神文明建设领导小组的领导下,群众性的“学知识、学科学、学技术”活动蓬勃开展,成为我公司精神文明建设的一项重要内容。深入持久地开展群众性的“三学”活动,既培养职工自强不息、好学上进的精神,又提高了全体员工队伍的科学文化知识和技术技能水平。在全公司4007名技术工人中,平均技术等级已从三级提高到4.74级,高于上海市平均工人等级一级半左右。中级工比例从1991年的35.7%提高到1995年51.51%(全市平均为47%),高级工从7.5%提高到8.98%(全市平均为3.7%),工人技师从1.45%提高到2.5%(全市平均为0.76%)。我公司专业管理和技术人员的职称晋升效果也明显:中级职称从1991年的27%提高到1995年的36%,高级职称从13%提高到15.4%。

The promotion effect of professional titles of professional management and technical personnel of our company is also obvious: the intermediate professional title has increased from 27% in 1991 to 36% in 1995, and the senior professional title has been increased from 13% to 15.4%.
