几年来,我们在充分运用国家下放给企业自主权的同时,本着“眼睛向内,坚持改革,挖掘潜力,自我搞活”的原则,不断增强企业的应变能力、消化能力以及自我改造和自我发展能力,从而使我厂生产经营得到稳步健康发展。1985年,工业总产值比上年增长8%,实现税利比上年增长10%,效益高于速度,实现了良性循环。主导产品“太行”牌手表荣获部优质产品称号,成本及消耗均达到部“六五”期间规定的先进水平。企业整顿取得了较好成绩,被河北省人民政府命名为“先进企业”。增强企业自身活力,我们主要开展了以下五个方面的工作:一、以改革为动力,不断开拓创新1984年10月,经上级批准我厂初步改革了企业领导体制,实行了厂长负责制。在积极探索和理顺党、政、工三者关系的同时,强化了以厂长为首的行政指挥系统;改革了
