The State Administration of Taxation and the Local Taxation Bureau of Yanqing District of Beijing, in the process of advancing the “National Land and Resources Tax Cooperative Work (Version 3.0)”, seized the opportunity of tax revenue to boost the 24th “Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics” in 2022, and expanded Cooperation region, to create a new mode of cooperation in land and tax. Yanqing District and adjacent to the city of Zhangjiakou, industrial development are highly similar. In order to promote the economic development in both places, the tax authorities of the two places formally signed the "Taxation Synergy and Cooperation with the State Administration of Taxation of Zhangjiakou City in Yanqing District
