中国石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司0.60 Mt/a连续重整装置的重整氢脱氯罐已平稳运行5 a,更换脱氯剂时发现罐上部存在结垢问题。通过对垢样组成检测和装置的生产流程分析,查找重整氢脱氯罐结垢的原因,结果表明:重整氢脱氯罐垢样中含有芳环、醇类或酚类基团及一般有机物的碳氢键;垢样中单质碳以及铁、硅、氧的化合物含量较高,说明重整氢脱氯罐腐蚀较为严重,其腐蚀产物成为垢样的组成部分。通过采用脱氯剂与分子筛吸附剂级配填装,采用改性脱氯剂等措施,延长脱氯剂的使用寿命,减少其粉化和结垢。

Through the analysis of the scale-like composition test and the production process of the device, the cause of scaling in the reformed hydrodechlorination tank was found out. The results showed that the reformed hydro-dechlorination tank scale contained aromatic ring, alcohols or phenolic groups and generally Organic carbon-hydrogen bond; scale-like elemental carbon and iron, silicon, oxygen compounds higher, indicating severe corrosion of the reforming hydrogen dechlorination tank, the corrosion products become scale-like components. Through the use of dechlorination agent and molecular sieve adsorbent gradation filling, the use of modified dechlorination and other measures to extend the service life of dechlorinating agent to reduce its powderization and scaling.
