患者,男性,51岁,黑龙江省人,现居住、工作在黑龙江省镜泊湖养殖场。因上腹胀痛,全身皮肤黄染、剧痒,于1991年10月31日入黑龙江省医院治疗。患者10月2日自觉低热、恶心、发现尿黄,每天下午2点后体温升高至38℃左右。曾按感冒用药物治疗一周无效,转入牡丹江市二院,经检查胆囊肿大4.5cm×9.5cm,按急性胆囊炎住院治疗8d仍不见好转,于10月22日在部队209医院做彩色B超及CT检查,胆囊肿大4.7cm×11.8cm,胆管壁厚2.1mm。省一院诊断为①胰腺引起梗阻性黄胆;②华支睾吸虫病。患者于11月6日来我站求医。询问病史:此患者有30余年吃生拌鱼史。查体:巩
