拉削刀具是我厂主要产品之一。由于我厂新工人较多,技术基础差,所以在生产过程中不良品率较高。我们在学习了日本小松制作所和北京内燃机总厂开展全面质量管理的经验以后,试图用数理统计的方法对拉刀生产过程进行科学的质量管理。为了摸清情况,在今年三月份,首先把全厂七大类产品一、二月份的不良品率进行了排队,作出了第一个排列图(图1),和七大类产品不良品损失金额排列图(图2)。从这两个图中
