双金属轴瓦在离心铸造过程中,常因轴瓦毛坯与离心机夹盘不同心而出现偏心现象。我们设计了125型可阴节双V形快速升降支架(如图所示),使铸出的轴瓦获得了满意效果。使用前,手柄9处于升起位置。将1150℃的热工件从炉内取出夹到支架双V形面上,当机床两夹盘接触热工件两端4×30°的斜面后,迅速把手柄9搬向降位,开动离心机,热工件高速旋转。停机后再将手柄9搬回升位,取下工件,此时,又可将炉内另一热工件迅速放在支架上……。
