师生关系是老师与学生间的一种互动关系,在教学中具有重要的地位和特殊的作用。要建立良好的师生关系,教师首先要进行角色的转换,其次要与学生建立良好的师生关系,因为师生关系的好坏直接影响着学生对任课教师的态度及其授课内容的兴趣。此外,教师还要掌握一些交往策略,建立在民主、平等、友善的师生关系,促使学生学业的进步和思想水平的提高,实现学生的全面发展。
