本文通过试验和分析,阐述了加磷钢(P1)冷轧薄板冷轧形变量与硬化指数的关系,认为提高应变硬化指数n值的最佳轧制工艺,应采用70%左右的冷轧形变量。文内对幂次式σ=Ke~n的适用范围,两点法测定n值的取值区间及最大载荷法测定n值的可能性等若干问题进行了探讨,P1钢在均匀塑性变形区间内,对数应力-对数应变呈良好的直线关系,用Hollomon幂次式拟合是稳妥的,两点法测得的P1钢n值略小于拟合法n值,最大偏差≯5%。
In this paper, the relationship between the cold rolling deformation and the hardening index of CPP cold-rolled sheet is expounded through experiments and analysis. It is concluded that the optimal rolling process for increasing the value of the strain hardening index n should be about 70% variable. In this paper, some problems such as the applicable range of power formula σ = Ke ~ n, the value interval of two-point method for determining n value and the possibility of maximum load method for determining n value were discussed. The average value of P1 steel in the uniform plastic deformation range , Logarithmic stress - logarithmic strain showed a good linear relationship, using Hollomon power fitting is safe, two-point method measured P1 steel n value slightly less than the fitted value of n, the maximum deviation ≯ 5%.
