工艺参数的选择,是编制生产工艺的主要内容。一般而言,一种规格的挤压制品可拟定出多种不同的生产工艺方案。有些工艺方案技术上是可以的,但经济上则是不合理的。合理的工艺方案只有经过对主要工艺参数进行计算,分析、比较,才能得出。为便于初学工艺技术的同志正确选择模具孔数、挤压系数、铸锭尺寸几个主要工艺参数。本文以工艺技术上的先进性、经济上的合理性、实现上的可能性为原则,介绍了一般挤压制品的工艺参数选择依据和确定方法。
The choice of process parameters, is the preparation of the main content of the production process. In general, a variety of different extrusion processes can be developed for one type of extrusion. Some process options are technically possible, but economically unreasonable. Reasonable process plan only after the main process parameters are calculated, analyzed, compared to be drawn. In order to facilitate the comrades beginner process technology the correct choice of die hole number, extrusion coefficient, ingot size of several major process parameters. Based on the principle of advanced technology, economic rationality and possibility of realization, this paper introduces the basis of selection and determination of process parameters of general extrusion products.
