光阳似箭,日月如棱,是一句老掉牙的旧话,但用它比喻时间过得很快,确是再贴切不过了。所以生发出如此感慨,是一段以来,编辑部的同仁们,因事生情,不约而同地忆及《体育世界》度过的22年的岁月。在充满竞争、信息万变的年代里,一本杂志能生存并发展22年之久,足以证明它受到读者和社会的欢迎。忆当初,当《××(省名)体育》纷纷面世之时,《体育世界》敢于独树一帜,以“世界”为其视野,充分展示自己的魅力和风采,因之而大受读者欢迎,就是题中应有之义了。然而,刊物和人一样,要永不自满、志于进取,才能保持旺盛的生命力,才能显示不断进步的势态。用这样的标准衡量,我们刊物确有可挑剔之处。
