目前,国企职工思想教育工作的主要问题是:方式方法陈旧,缺乏良好的运作机制;政工人员墨守陈规、创新意识不强;政工队伍整体素质不高、缺乏知识含量;企业改制过程的环境地位变化,使部分政工人员“忠诚度”不够。在充分认识思想政治工作重要性的前提下,必须提高政工人员素质,建设专兼结合的大政工队伍;注意方式方法,变被动为主动;建立良性循环的竞争机制,调动政工干部的积极性。
