目的:检测异丙酚(PF)对大鼠体循环与肺循环系统的影响。方法:应用电生理装置记录麻醉大鼠主动脉平均压(MAP)、心率(HR)及肺动脉平均压(MPAP)在给与PF前后的变化。结果:PF4.0mg/kg静注可使基础状态时的MAP、HR及MPAP降低。其中PF静注后3min时,降低MAP、HR作用最强,5min时降低MPAP作用最强,且降低MAP、HR作用明显强于降低MPAP作用。异丙酚还显著降低1.0mg/kg去甲肾上腺素和100mg/kg5-羟色胺升高的MAP、HR和MPAP,以降低MAP、HR作用显著。结论:PF具有抑制循环系统作用,且以抑制体循环作用明显。提示其可能作用机理与降低对血管活性物质的反应性及松弛血管平滑肌相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of propofol (PF) on systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation system in rats. Methods: The changes of aortic MAP, HR and MPAP in anesthetized rats before and after PF were recorded by electrophysiological apparatus. Results: PF4.0mg / kg intravenous infusion of MAP, HR and MPAP can reduce the basal state. Among them, 3 min after PF instillation, MAP and HR were the most effective, MPAP was the strongest at 5 min, MAP and HR were significantly lower than those at MPP. Propofol also significantly reduced the elevated MAP, HR and MPAP at 1.0 mg / kg norepinephrine and 100 mg / kg serotonin to reduce MAP and HR. Conclusion: PF can inhibit the circulatory system and inhibit the systemic circulation obviously. Suggesting that its possible mechanism of action and reduce the reactivity of vasoactive substances and relaxation of vascular smooth muscle related.
