大庆高新技术创业服务中心(以下简称创业中心)自1993年成立以来,始终坚持创建局部优化环境,探索资源型城市科技企业孵化器创新发展的新思路,建立健全创新创业服务体系。经过十余年的发展,现已成为高新区科技创新体系的核心,人才聚集的高地、企业家成长的摇篮,小型科技企业创新创业的理想家园。我们主要是从以下几个方面加强创业服务功能建设的:一、营造局部优化环境,深入开展创业服务在高新区管委会的大力支持下,创业中心建成了10万平方米的科技创业园。并以此为中心,创建了包括留学人员创业园、高新区博士后科研工作站、兴化石油化工专业孵化器、软件专业孵化器、IT 数码专业孵化器在内的创业孵化网络。并制定了孵化企业优惠政策,完善了孵化资金使用及管理办法,以
Since its establishment in 1993, the Daqing High-Tech Venture Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Entrepreneurship Center) has always insisted on creating a local optimization environment, exploring new ideas for the innovation and development of resource-based urban technology business incubators, and establishing a sound innovation and entrepreneurship service system. After more than ten years of development, it has now become the core of the high-tech zone’s scientific and technological innovation system, the cradle of the gathering of talents, the growth of entrepreneurs, and the ideal home for innovation and entrepreneurship of small-scale technology enterprises. We are mainly strengthening the function of the entrepreneurial service from the following aspects: First, creating a local optimized environment, in-depth development of entrepreneurial services Under the strong support of the High-tech Zone Management Committee, the Entrepreneurial Center has built a 100,000-square-meter science and technology business park. With this as the center, we have established a business incubation network that includes the Overseas Students Pioneering Park, the High-tech Zone Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Xinghua Petrochemical Professional Incubator, Software Professional Incubator, and IT Digital Professional Incubator.
