改革开放以来,机械电子行业取得了巨大成绩,其中政策研究和法规工作起了重要作用。面对当前的严峻形势和繁重任务,机械电子工业需要研究和制定一系列新的对策,对政策法规工作提取了新的更高的要求。这是政策法规工作大显身手,为改革与发展贡献力量的大好时机。政策法规工作要适应新的形势,肩负起和完成好这个光荣而艰巨的任务。政策法规研究工作是否有成效,主要是看所提供的研究成果数量的多少和水平的高低。从目前我们的研究工作状况看,成果的数量不少,但高水平、有较大实用价值的还不很多。在提高研究工作水平上,还需要下大功夫。今后要从以下三个方面加强:
