目的了解发生甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的大中专学校的学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知和心理应激反应,探讨其影响因素。方法选择南宁市部分发生甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的大中专学校,对所选学校的1 995名学生进行甲型H1N1流感认知和心理状态的现况调查。结果大中专学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知得分为(16.15±1.78)分,患者、密切接触者、继续居住在原宿舍的学生3组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学生SCL-90总均分为(1.56±0.53)分,SAS标准分为(54.95±17.06)分。多因素分析显示性别、文化程度、甲型H1N1流感认知和对甲型H1N1流感的关注程度是甲型H1N1流感流行期学生心理卫生状况的影响因素。结论大中专学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知程度较高,但存在一定程度的焦虑和恐慌等心理问题,有必要提高对突发公共卫生事件的心理抵抗能力。
Objective To understand the cognitive and psychological stress responses of college students in schools of higher learning who have been experiencing outbreak of Influenza A (H1N1), and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of 1,995 students from selected colleges were investigated for the status quo of influenza A (H1N1) influenza awareness and psychological status by selecting colleges and technical secondary schools in part of the outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) in Nanning. Results There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups in patients, close contacts and students who lived in the original quarters. Students SCL-90 total average was (1.56 ± 0.53) points, SAS standard is divided into (54.95 ± 17.06) points. Multivariate analysis showed that the gender, educational level, cognition of Influenza A (H1N1) and the degree of attention to Influenza A (H1N1) were the influencing factors of students’ psychological health during the influenza A (H1N1) epidemic. Conclusion The students of higher vocational and technical schools have a higher level of cognition of Influenza A (H1N1), but there are some psychological problems such as anxiety and panic. It is necessary to improve the psychological resistance to sudden public health emergencies.
