组教员工作是电大开放教育教学工作中的一个重要的组成部分,是以班级为单位,确保教学工作顺利实施的引导者及管理者,组教员工作的好坏体现了学校办学的水平,直接影响着开放教育教学质量。如何做好开放教育组教员工作,通过多年组教员工作探索及实践,本人针对开放教育学生的特点,结合开放教育“以学生为中心,学生自主学习”的教育理念,从开放教育组教员工作的重要性及应具备的四个能力,并就如何做好组教员工作谈几点体会,期望与广大开放教育组教员交流探讨。
