1988至1993年我院收治小儿脓胸108例。男67例,女41例。年龄2月～13岁。胸腔脓液细菌培养阳性79例,占73.1％;其中金葡菌56例(70.9％),表皮葡萄球菌7例(8.9％),肺炎双球菌10例(12.6％),大肠杆菌4例(5.1％),绿铜假单胞菌2例(2.5％)。胸腔穿刺抽吸治疗46例,经1～3次胸穿,加有效抗生素2～3种联合用药,结果治愈
From 1988 to 1993 in our hospital admitted 108 cases of empyema in children. 67 males and 41 females. Age from February to 13 years old. Pleuropneumonia bacterial culture was positive in 79 cases, accounting for 73.1%; Staphylococcus aureus in 56 cases (70.9%), Staphylococcus epidermidis in 7 cases (8.9%), Streptococcus pneumoniae in 10 cases (12.6%), Escherichia coli in 4 cases %), Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 2 cases (2.5%). Thoracentesis suction treatment of 46 cases, after 1 to 3 times chest wear, plus effective antibiotics 2 to 3 kinds of combination therapy, the results were cured
