信访工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,本文基于对新时期高校信访工作重要性及其特点的认识,提出了进一步提升高校信访工作效能的几点建议。
The work of letters and visits is an important part of the management of colleges and universities. Based on the recognition of the importance and characteristics of letters and calls in colleges and universities in the new era, this article puts forward some suggestions to further enhance the effectiveness of letters and visits in colleges and universities.
