在我国运营铁路隧道中发生石油(液化气)运输车辆倾覆、燃烧(爆炸)等事件已有数起。当这些重大事故发生后,由于地形条件的限制,使得抢险救援工作极为困难。本文较详细地介绍了湘黔铁路朝阳坝2~#隧道液化石油气泄漏爆炸抢险救援工作的全过程,以及所采取的消防技术措施。由于领导有力,措施得当,在全体抢险人员的努力下,抢险救援工作开展顺利。事故及处置过程中成功的经验和应吸取的教训对今后同类事件有着积极的指导意义。
There have been several incidents of overturning and burning (explosion) of oil (liquefied gas) transportation vehicles in the operation of railway tunnels in our country. When these major accidents occur, due to the restriction of topographical conditions, making rescue work extremely difficult. This paper introduces in more detail the whole process of the rescue and rescue work of LPG leakage and leakage in Chaoyangba Tunnel 2 ~ # of Hunan-Guizhou Railway, and the fire prevention and technical measures taken. Due to strong leadership and proper measures, the rescue work has been carried out smoothly with the efforts of all the rescuers. The successful experience and the lessons learned during the accident and disposal process have a positive guiding significance for similar incidents in the future.
