目的 :将肾指数做为评价药物对系统性白色念珠菌感染模型疗效的指标,创建更为简单、敏感的药物疗效评价指标。方法 :制备系统性白色念珠菌感染模型,分别设立模型组、阳性药物治疗组和空白组,观察各组小鼠肾指数变化趋势,探究肾指数作为药物疗效评价指标是否科学、灵敏、可靠。结果 :实验证明,用肾指数来评价药物疗效,具有操作简单、经济、灵敏度高、可重复性好等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a more simple and sensitive evaluation index of drug efficacy by using the renal index as an index to evaluate the curative effect of the drug on systemic Candida albicans infection model. Methods: The model of Candida albicans infection was established. The model group, the positive drug treatment group and the blank group were set up respectively. The changes of renal index of mice in each group were observed to explore whether the renal index was scientifically, sensitively and reliably as the evaluation index of drug efficacy. Results: Experiments show that using the renal index to evaluate the efficacy of the drug has the advantages of simple operation, economy, high sensitivity and good repeatability.
