高等院校教研人员都收藏大量的书刊资料,少则几十、多则数千册。他们收藏的文献具有鲜明的特点,即专、全、久、深,利用价值大,有的还是珍善孤本图书,是非常宝贵的文献资源。为了将沉睡在个人手里的宝贵文献“唤醒”,我们动员全系学生将自己收藏的好书刊、多余书刊交到系资料室来“储蓄”,书刊的所有权仍归本人所有。系资料室将这部分书刊登记造册后,设专柜出租借阅,并按照书刊的出借次数付给主人利息。
Teaching and research institutions in colleges and universities have a large collection of books and periodicals, ranging from dozens, as many as thousands of books. Their collection of literature has distinct characteristics, that is, specialized, full, long, deep, great value, and some rare or precious books, is a very valuable literature resources. In order to “wake up” the precious literature that has fallen asleep in the hands of individuals, we mobilized all the students to submit their own good books and extra books to the reference room for “saving.” Ownership of books and periodicals still belongs to us. Department of the information room will be registered in this part of the book, set the counter rental lending, and in accordance with the number of books and lending to pay the owner interest.
