4月的哈尔滨,枝头染绿,春意融融。黑龙江省部分市县长、行署专员(秘书长),各地市县文化局长及地市以上文物、图书馆单位负责同志150余人,20日汇集哈尔滨船舶工程学院内的八一宾馆,参加全省文物、图书馆工作会议。这是继1989年全省文物博物图书馆工作会议后的又一次大型会议。会议对近几年文物、图书馆工作进行总结,并对如何深入贯彻党的十四大精神,深化文物图书馆事业的改革,探索适应社会主义市场经济的发展道路,开创工作的新局面进行研讨。
