在热处理过程中,电阻炉加热时的均温过程十分关键,对其控制方法的研究也成为相关工作者的工作重点。由于热处理电阻炉的温度控制存在滞后严重的特点,传统PID控制无法实现较高的控制精度。本文基于模糊自整定PID控制,设计了相应的控制系统,并通过MATLAB软件对设计系统进行了仿真。结果表明,该系统能够稳定控制热处理电阻炉的温度,具有较高的优越性。
During the heat treatment process, the soaking process of the resistance furnace is very critical, and the research on its control method has also become the focus of the relevant workers. Due to the fact that the temperature control of the heat treatment resistance furnace has the characteristics of serious hysteresis, the traditional PID control can not achieve higher control precision. In this paper, based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control, the corresponding control system is designed and the design system is simulated by MATLAB software. The results show that the system can control the temperature of the heat treatment resistance furnace steadily and has higher superiority.
