本文选用气相色谱法,从藁本挥发油中分离出7种组分,并用内标法对其主要成分之一的肉豆蔻醚进行定量分析,回收率为98.69%,变异系数为1.29%(n=3)。
In this paper, seven constituents were separated from the volatile oil of Ligusticum chinensis by gas chromatography, and one of the main components of myristicin was analyzed by internal standard method. The recovery rate was 98.69% and the coefficient of variation was 1.29% (n= 3).
