2010年“两会”开幕,“应对气候变化,发展低碳经济”成为热点议题。“两会”代表纷纷建言献策,今年全国政协的一、二号提案均为民主党派发展低碳经济的建议。这充分表明,发展低碳经济与我国正在实施的可持续发展战略相契合,也是我国建设创新型国家、走新兴工业化道路、建设生态文明的必然选择。发展低碳经济为我国推动产业结构调整,转变经济发展方式提供了一个重要抓手。
2010 “two sessions ” opening, “response to climate change, the development of low-carbon economy ” has become a hot topic. “Two sessions ” representatives have suggestions, this year’s CPPCC National Assembly No. 1 and 2 are the proposals for the development of low-carbon economy of the democratic parties. This fully shows that the development of a low-carbon economy is compatible with the ongoing strategy of sustainable development in our country and is also an inevitable choice for China to build an innovative country, take the path of a new industrialization and build an ecological civilization. The development of low-carbon economy has provided an important starting point for our country to promote the readjustment of the industrial structure and transform the mode of economic development.
