目的综述以新生血管为靶标的各种受体介导的抗肿瘤靶向给药系统的研究进展。方法查阅国内外有关文献资料,从肿瘤血管的生成、结构特点、血管内皮细胞上的靶标以及各种受体介导的肿瘤血管靶向给药系统等最新研究进展进行较为详细的阐述,并针对肿瘤血管内皮细胞受体介导的各种新型靶向给药系统的研究发展过程中面临的问题和对策进行了探讨。结果与结论绝大部分肿瘤的生长和转移都依赖于新生血管的形成。肿瘤新生血管内皮细胞表面有大量过度表达的特异性受体,如血管生成因子受体、整合素等。近几年来,针对肿瘤血管的受体介导的靶向药物输送系统研究正在蓬勃开展,并且已经展现出良好的肿瘤治疗效果。新生血管靶向给药将逐渐成为肿瘤治疗过程中非常有前景的一种治疗策略。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of various receptor-mediated anti-tumor targeted drug delivery systems targeting neovascularization. Methods The literature review at home and abroad was reviewed in detail from the recent research progress on tumor angiogenesis, structural features, targets on vascular endothelial cells and various receptor-mediated tumor vascular targeting drug delivery systems. The problems and countermeasures in the research and development of various novel targeted drug delivery systems mediated by tumor vascular endothelial cell receptors were discussed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Most tumors grow and metastasize depending on the formation of neovasculature. A large number of overexpressed specific receptors on the surface of tumor neovascular endothelial cells, such as angiogenic factor receptors, integrins and the like. In recent years, research on receptor-mediated targeting drug delivery systems targeting tumor blood vessels is flourishing and has demonstrated good oncological therapeutic effects. Targeted neovascular drug delivery will gradually become a promising therapeutic strategy in the treatment of cancer.
