为了深入贯彻《中共中央关于进一步加强农业和农村工作的决定》、《国务院关于加强农业社会化服务体系建设的通知》精神和《中共四川省委关于经济技术主管部门兴办经济实体的意见》(川委发[1992]13号),支持和鼓励农业事业单位兴办经济实体,增强为农业服务的功能,逐步实现农工商、产供销、种养加一体化,促进农村商品经济的发展,经省政府同意,特作如下通知。
