湖北荆州地区提出30条减轻农民负担的具体措施

去年,江泽民同志在湖北考察期间,专程视察了荆州地区。荆州地委根据江泽民同志视察时的指示以及中央关于加强农业和农村工作会议精神,在认真调查研究的基础上,制定了《关于切实减轻农民负担的若干规定》,提出了30条具体措施。根据国务院领导同志批示,现予以刊登,供各地参考。

Last year, Comrade Jiang Zemin inspected the Jingzhou area during his inspection visit to Hubei. Based on the instructions of Comrade Jiang Zemin during inspections as well as the spirit of the Central Committee’s meeting on strengthening agriculture and rural work, Jingzhou Prefecture Committee formulated “Several Provisions on Practically Reducing the Peasants’ Burden” on the basis of earnest investigations and studies and put forward 30 concrete measures. According to the instructions of the leading comrades of the State Council, they should be published for reference.
