十月的黄河口,芦花飞雪,大地如画。金秋的东营,全民阅读,满城书声;书香寄情,托举梦想。2016年4月22日,东营启动了全市“首届读书节”活动。半年来,读书活动在机关、学校、企业、农村、社区全面铺开,全民阅读成为东营的新气象,多读书、读好书、善读书融入了市民的生活。文明是城市的名片,文化是城市的灵魂。城市内涵、品质的体现,不仅仅在于林立的楼宇、宜人的美景,更在于群众对文明的追求和对知识的渴望。中国历来就有“读万卷书,行万里路”的传统,人们从阅读中获得的知识、乐趣、责任与力量,让人生更加厚重和挺拔。建设美丽幸福新东营,提升市民素质和城市内涵,需要文化的支撑,需要书香浸润。尽管当今网络、手机等现代传媒飞速发展,但阅读仍不可替代。当全民阅读的观念深入人心,当阅读成为每个人的自觉行为,一个城市的气质就会越来越高雅大气,一个城市的格局就会更好地打开。
