In 1994, a post office stamp on the U.S. “Crane” stamp was printed on 15 copies of all 20 cards. This set of “Crane” stamps were jointly issued by China and the United States and jointly designed by China’s Zeng Gengsi and U.S. Crane Lee. Both stamps in the United States have a par value of 29 cents and are connected in different figures and cross-linked on the whole sheet. A full sheet includes 10 sets. Copy of the whole sheet as shown, the above two lines is the red face value and the black name of the copy, the third line of stamps is only red copy. In April 1998, a U.S. merchant had inquired of the U.S. printing company of the stamp printing plant about the reason for the photocopying. The defendant might have made a mistake in the electronic eye ensuring the position of the printing plate during the printing process.
