新型限制接触切槽刀具是一种对称性的变接触长度RC刀具。它具有比普通RC刀具更多的优点。本文对各种RC刀具切削时切削力进行了理论分析,导出了变接触长度RC刀具切削力表达式,与试验结果有较好的一致性。
The new limited contact grooving tool is a symmetrical variable-length RC tool. It has more advantages than regular RC tools. In this paper, the cutting force of various RC cutting tools is theoretically analyzed, and the expression of cutting force of RC cutting tool with varying contact length is deduced, which is in good agreement with the experimental results.
